Weather and time
This camera looks over a grass meadow at the edge of the Koeverbos pine forest in De Hoge Veluwe National Park near Otterlo. A sandy track crosses the grass in the foreground, with fallen branches lying on the ground and tall pines closing the background.
The Koeverbos is a wildlife observation area of the park, which lies on the Veluwe in Gelderland and has entrances at Otterlo, Hoenderloo and Schaarsbergen. The covered wildlife hut Millelamel stands at the forest edge here, a short walk east of the Museonder visitor centre.
The view runs roughly south to south-east across the clearing, with low shrubs and young conifers at the edges and a wall of tall pines on the far side. The hut sign lists red deer, roe deer, mouflon and wild boar as animals that come out of the forest onto this meadow.
