LaPorte County Beach, Indiana Live Cam

Watch the LaPorte County Beach live webcam on the south shore of Lake Michigan in Michigan City, Indiana, United States. The view takes in the sandy shore and the Michigan City East Pierhead Lighthouse, with the beach forming part of Indiana Dunes National Park and its natural dunes and sandy shoreline.

The stream shows the beach, the waves, and the lighthouse standing over the lake. Built in 1904, the lighthouse is 49 feet tall, with a white tower, a red roof, and a classic design. It is connected to the shore by a rare surviving catwalk and still helps guide vessels into the harbour.
