Peregrine Falcon nest, Ede, Netherlands Live Cam

Live webcam is installed in a peregrine falcon nest in the city of Ede and shows the life of birds in real time. The nest in which the camera is installed is located on the tallest historic chimney in the Netherlands with a height of 85 meters — on a chimney at the former ENKA site in Ede in Gelderland province.

During the restoration of the ENKA chimney in 2020, a birdhouse was installed on the chimney. Before the restoration, there were already peregrine falcon nests at the top of the chimney, and at the same time the peregrine falcons were noticed. Since the restoration meant that the nests where birds could breed were no longer accessible, a spacious birdhouse was installed on the pipe. And inside this birdhouse, a live web camera was installed to watch the peregrine falcons.
