Weather and time
This camera looks across the Yazawa River at Yagawa Bridge in Noge, Setagaya, at a rough stone wall with a gauge staff standing against it. A mesh guard rail and a concrete kerb run across the foreground.
Yagawa Bridge marks the lower end of the footpath through the Todoroki Valley, the only natural ravine in Tokyo's 23 wards, and the valley lies to the north of the station. Todoroki Fudo Temple and the Fudo Falls are about 200 m away, and Todoroki Valley Park begins roughly 300 m to the north. Below this point the river meets the Maruko River and reaches the Tama River at Tamazutsumi.
The wall opposite is built of rough stone blocks, with leafy branches hanging into the top-left corner. The staff carries a colour scale and a red flood-danger sign, and only a thin dark strip of the channel shows between the wall and the railing.
