Meguro River at Aobadai, Meguro Live Cam

This camera watches the Meguro River at Aobadai in Meguro, Tokyo, looking straight across to a long block-masonry wall. A red water-level gauge stands against the wall, and a dark channel runs along its foot.

The station stands in Aobadai 2-chome. Yanagibashi lies a few dozen metres away and Nanbu Bridge about 100 m, while Sugekari Park is some 120 m off. Nakameguro Station is about 700 m downstream, where the banks are known for cherry blossoms in spring.

Green moss streaks the pale blocks of the wall, and a round cover plate sits near its top at the right. A rust-coloured railing with climbing vines runs along the top, with a road visible behind it. Fallen leaves drift on the calm water at the bottom of the frame.
