Meguro River at Ebara Flood Control Basin, Shinagawa Live Cam

This camera watches the Meguro River at the Ebara Flood Control Basin in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa, with a long concrete wall on the far bank. A white railing runs along the top of the wall.

The camera stands in Nishi-Gotanda 3-chome, where the Ebara Flood Control Basin helps the river cope with high water. Yamate-dori runs about 130 m away and the Tokyu Meguro Line about 180 m, and Fudomae Station is roughly 400 m from the camera. The river carries on from here to Tokyo Bay.

Above the wall on the far bank, a deck with square pillars and a row of dark openings sits behind a second white railing. At the right edge, ivy climbs a pale block wall where a pipe runs down to the water, and the wide channel fills the foreground.
