Meguro River at Osaki Bridge, Shinagawa Live Cam

This camera watches the Meguro River at Osaki Bridge in Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa, facing a tall wall of grey concrete blocks. A water-level gauge board with red-and-white squares is fixed to the wall above a rectangular outlet opening at the waterline.

The station is in Nishi-Gotanda 1-chome, in the busy district around Gotanda. Tokyu Gotanda Station is about 90 m to the north-east, and the small Osaki Bridge Plaza lies about 30 m to the east. From here the Meguro River continues downstream to Tokyo Bay.

The camera faces the far bank across the water, so the wall fills the frame from edge to edge. Moss darkens the upper blocks, a round drain opening sits at the right edge, and the water below the wall looks dark and still.
