TRETAS Market, Owada, Fukui Live Cam

This camera looks over the TRETAS farm produce market and its Green Hall event space in the Owada district of Fukui. A raised Hokuriku Shinkansen viaduct crosses the scene behind the building, with farmland and the edge of the city beyond.

TRETAS opened in April 2024 as a food and farming centre, with a direct-sale market for local growers and a hall for exhibitions and events. It stands in the Owada area north of central Fukui, beside a wide road junction and a large parking lot. The Hokuriku Shinkansen reached Tsuruga in March 2024, and its concrete viaduct runs just west of the market.

The camera is mounted high enough to look down on the roofs, the parking lot and the junction. Its framing changes between a wide view that takes in the whole viaduct and a closer view centred on the market buildings.
