Fukui Station Tracks Live Cam

This elevated camera looks along the railway tracks toward Fukui Station, with the Shinkansen viaduct running on the right. High-rise towers with construction cranes stand on the left, and a line of hills closes the horizon.

Fukui Station is the main rail hub of the prefectural capital. The Hokuriku Shinkansen reached it in March 2024, and the station is also served by Hapi-Line Fukui trains, the Echizen Railway and the Fukui Railway tram line. Beyond the platforms the view takes in the blocks of the city centre.

The camera does not always hold this view. At times it turns away from the station toward apartment blocks, the tree-lined banks of the Asuwa River with a bridge and a wooded hill, with mountain ridges on the horizon. In that position neither the tracks nor the towers are in the picture.
