Hirai River at Ochiai Bridge, Hinode Live Cam

This camera watches the Hirai River at Ochiai Bridge in Okuno, Hinode, Tokyo, across a narrow stream and a wide grassy bank. A forested hillside of dark conifers and broadleaf trees rises behind the far side.

Ochiai Bridge is also in the Okuno district of Hinode. Ochiai Community Hall stands about 200 m away, with Hinodegaoka Hospital about 200 m and the Suwashita children's playground about 100 m from the camera. The Okutama Akiruno Line, the main road of the valley, runs a short walk from the camera.

A concrete wall runs along the bottom edge of the frame, and the stream curves from the left toward the right between grassy banks scattered with stones and dry stems. A strip of open ground and a few houses with utility poles lie at the foot of the hillside.
