Akigawa River at Akiru Bridge, Akiruno Live Cam

This camera looks across the Akigawa River near Akiru Bridge in Akiruno, with a broad grassy bank and an expressway viaduct beyond the water. A white truss footbridge crosses at the upper left, and stepped concrete blocks break the surface at the bottom of the frame.

The station is in the Ushinuma area, where Akiru Bridge carries National Route 411 over the river. The Akiruno Interchange of the Ken-O Expressway is about 250 m away, and its raised roadway forms the skyline across the water. The Akigawa runs about 34 km from Mount Mito in Hinohara village to the Tama River.

The view is fixed. Leafy shrubs frame the foreground, reeds and grass cover the far bank, and a white building stands at the right edge of the horizon. The calm water makes the bank line and the concrete blocks easy to follow.
