Val di Luce Ski Lifts, Abetone Live Cam

This fixed camera at the Val di Luce ski station near Abetone looks east toward the lift area below Monte Gomito. It shows the car park, the slope behind it and the ridge above.

Val di Luce sits at about 1,430 metres in the Abetone ski area in the province of Pistoia, and its lifts climb the slopes towards Monte Gomito. The central square, covered by a separate camera at the same station, is a short walk away.

Unlike the square view, this angle is turned away from the piazza and towards the mountain. The corner of the chalet-style building with a ticket office on its ground floor fills the left side, a paved forecourt leads to a gravel car park, and a small chalet and an information board stand at the foot of the slope on the right. Beech woods cover the hillside below a rocky summit.
