Arrakis Ski Resort, Žacléř Live Cam

This camera overlooks a wide grassy ski slope at the Arrakis ski area in Prkenný Důl near Žacléř, with a lift line along its left edge. Forested hills and hazy ridges stretch beyond the open meadow.

Arrakis lies on the easternmost edge of the Krkonoše mountains, in Prkenný Důl about one kilometre from the centre of Žacléř. Its slopes are equipped with snowmaking, and the area also has a children's park. The slope is a green meadow in the warmer months.

The camera looks down the broad hillside past wooden snow fences and clusters of trees. Because the slope is open and wide, the frame shows at a glance whether snow lies on the hill and how clear the distant ridges are.
