D11 Bridge Deck, Trutnov-Poříčí Live Cam

This camera shows a long concrete bridge deck of the D11 motorway under construction in the Trutnov district of Poříčí. Tower cranes work above the structure, and houses stand beneath it.

The Poříčí bridge belongs to the D11 section between Trutnov and the Polish border and is about 715 metres long. The view is taken from the EPO1 modern art gallery, looking across an electrical substation toward the bridge. Behind the deck a wooded ridge fills the horizon, and power lines cross the green slope on the left.

Compared with the wide view from the same gallery, this frame is narrower and follows one side of the bridge: the deck, its piers, the cranes and the red and white pylons beside it. It is the better angle for watching the structure itself rather than the surroundings.
