Weather and time
This camera at Mitsuhashi Bridge in Oizumicho, Nerima, looks along a straight, concrete-walled stretch of the Shirako River. A heavy concrete structure on piers rises over the right bank, carrying a road with a white railing.
The station stands in the Oizumicho 6-chome district of northern Nerima. Bikuni Park, with its tennis courts, is about 90 m away, and the Nerima-Tokorozawa Line, a main road, runs about 110 m from the bridge. Ramps of the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway pass some 140 m off.
The view stays low and close to the water. The channel is a shallow concrete trough, with a low wall edged by orange-brown posts along the right bank. A slim gauge post with red and yellow bands stands at the foot of the high wall, beside a red and purple level sign, and a fence runs along the left edge.
