Cima del Laghetto, Margno Live Cam

Cima del Laghetto is a grassy summit above Pian delle Betulle in Margno, in the Valsassina valley of Lombardy. The fixed camera looks across a wooden hut and the round turnaround wheel of a ski lift toward larch woods and mountain ridges.

Margno is a small comune in the province of Lecco, in the upper Valsassina. Pian delle Betulle lies at about 1,500 metres and is the base of the Alpe di Paglio ski area. A short loop trail climbs from the car park to the old chairlift station at roughly 1,730 metres.

The angle stays fixed on the hilltop meadow, with picnic tables on the right and lift cables arcing above the ridge line. In autumn the larches turn gold and the low sun throws long shadows across the grass and the hut roof.
