Waterfront Docks, Newburyport Live Cam

Floating docks and a pale green boathouse stand on the Merrimack River waterfront in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Beyond them, houses and marshland line the far shore of the river.

Newburyport lies on the south bank of the Merrimack River, about two and a half miles upstream from the Atlantic. Motor cruisers tie up at the floating docks along the waterfront, while sailboats ride at moorings farther out in the channel. A waterside walkway runs in front of the boathouse, and a street with parked cars passes just below the camera.

This is the nearest angle on the docks among the waterfront views. The camera stays fixed and looks across the river toward the Salisbury shore, so boats at the slips, moored sailboats and the houses on the far bank all share one frame.
