Teton Village Live Cam

Teton Village is the base settlement of the Jackson Hole ski resort, and it lies below this webcam in western Wyoming. Snow-covered roofs and fences fill the frame, with conifers in the foreground and the mountain lost in cloud behind.

About three hundred people live here permanently, at the foot of a mountain known for steep terrain and for the cable car that climbs more than 1,200 vertical metres in one span. The valley of Jackson Hole lies between the Teton and Gros Ventre ranges.

Snowfall is heavy and the frame is often white on white through the winter. In summer the same village is a base for walking, and the lifts run for sightseeing.
