Duluth Bayfront Live Cam

This live webcam shows Duluth Bayfront in Minnesota, with a view of the Aerial Lift Bridge connecting Minnesota Point with the mainland. The Aerial Lift Bridge was completed in 1905 as the first aerial transfer bridge in the United States, then reconstructed as a vertical-lift bridge between 1929 and 1930.

In the foreground is Bayfront Festival Park, used for events and activities such as concerts, festivals, art, food, winter ice skating and a Christmas light display. Next to the park is a colourful building that houses the Great Lakes Aquarium.

The webcam faces Superior Bay, an inlet of Lake Superior sheltered by Minnesota Point, a recreational district with beaches, park areas, forest and Sky Harbor Airport. Duluth and Superior in Wisconsin are known as the Twin Ports. To explore the Twin Ports, scroll down the page to find the map.
