Weather and time
This camera looks at Mimura Bridge over the Shiroyama River in Dairakuji-machi, Hachioji, from the grassy bank beside it. A brown steel girder with a railing fills the left side of the frame, and a shallow stream runs past a stone-block bank at the upper right.
The station is in Dairakuji-machi. Jinba Kaido, a main road, passes within a few tens of metres, and the Chuo Expressway runs about 50 m away. Seirenji Temple stands about 250 m off and Yokokawa Junior High School about 300 m. The Shiroyama River is a tributary of the Asakawa River.
The camera sits so close to the bridge that the girder dominates the view, while tall grass and a small dark pool fill the bank below. The stone-block slope at the upper right marks the edge of the narrow channel.
