Shakujii River at Mizota Bridge, Kita Live Cam

This camera looks along the Shakujii River from Mizota Bridge in Horifune, Kita, where a curved concrete wall bends the wide channel. A large white and green building stands on the left bank, and a road bridge crosses the river ahead.

Mizota Bridge carries Tokyo Metropolitan Route 306, Meiji-dori, over the river in Horifune 1-chome. Higashi Oji Community Park is about 160 m away, Horifune Elementary School about 360 m, and Oji Station is within 400 m. The Shakujii River joins the Sumida River at Horifune 3-chome, close to this point.

The channel is broad here, and the camera takes in its whole width with the water filling the lower right of the frame. The dark surface ripples in the sun, and the wall curves away into the shade beneath the far bridge.
