Lake Geneva, Canada Creek Ranch Live Cam

Lake Geneva at Canada Creek Ranch in northern Michigan is seen from the Ranch House on the ridge above the lake's eastern end. Boulders line the gravel yard in front, a wooden staircase descends the slope among tall pines, and a wooded far shore closes the view.

Canada Creek Ranch is a private hunting and fishing club founded in 1934 in Montmorency County, between Atlanta and Onaway. Its 13,500 acres of forest hold cabins, five lakes and Canada Creek, a blue-ribbon trout stream. Lake Geneva, the largest of the lakes, covers 91 acres, is only about 15 feet deep and holds bass, pike and bluegill.

The Ranch House is the club's lodge, and its dining room windows face the same water. From here the lake stretches west for almost a kilometre between forested banks. The club is not open to the public, so the view shows a lake reserved for its members.
