Mountain Express Lift, Boyne Mountain Live Cam

This fixed camera sits at the loading station of the Mountain Express chairlift and looks up the lift line at Boyne Mountain in Michigan. A long row of chairs climbs a wide grassy slope toward the summit.

Mountain Express is a six-person chairlift at the Boyne Mountain ski resort near Boyne Falls, in the northern Lower Peninsula. According to the resort, the lift also carries bikes in summer, so riders can go up with a bicycle and ride back down.

The red roof of the bottom terminal sits at the lower edge of the frame, and a straight row of lift towers and chairs runs from it to the top. Snow guns on poles stand along the right side of the run, while maples and other hardwoods frame both edges of the clearing.
