Beaver Avenue and Allen Street, State College Live Cam

This camera overlooks the intersection of Beaver Avenue and Allen Street in downtown State College, a borough in central Pennsylvania. It looks down on painted crosswalks, signal mast arms and a row of red-brick buildings.

State College is home to the main campus of Penn State University, and its compact downtown sits right beside the university grounds. Beaver Avenue runs one block south of College Avenue, which marks the edge of the campus. Every July the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts fills these downtown blocks with artist booths.
