Yanase River at Sakai Bridge, Kiyose Live Cam

This camera looks over the Yanase River at Sakai Bridge in Kiyose, Tokyo, where a grassy spit divides the stream in two. A road bridge crosses the left side of the frame, and a small stepped weir foams on the right.

The station stands in Nakazato 2-chome, close to the point where the Karabori River meets the Yanase River. Kiyose Bridge Waterside Park lies about 50 m away, and Kiyose Daiyon Elementary School about 300 m. The Yanase River flows on from here to the Shingashi River.

A black mesh fence runs along the paved bank in the lower left, above a slope of rounded river stones. Grass and low shrubs cover the spit in the middle, while trees crowd the far bank beyond the weir. The sunlit weir and the shallow, stony water below the bridge make changes in the flow easy to see.
