Karabori River at Noshio Bridge, Kiyose Live Cam

This camera overlooks the Karabori River at Noshio Bridge in Umezono, Kiyose, where a shallow stream bends past overgrown banks. Water ripples over a gravelly riffle in the foreground, while a low concrete wall and a roadside railing mark the far bank.

The camera stands in Umezono 3-chome, Kiyose, a residential area that includes the Toshin Gakuen school campus about 200 m to the east. Akitsu Station is about 600 m to the northwest. The Karabori River flows east through Kiyose to meet the Yanase River.

The camera frames the stream from above the left bank, so the foreground is full of tall grass and shrubs. The water level is read against the riffle and the low wall opposite, and a narrow street with parked vehicles runs behind the far bank.
