Nogawa River at Enoki Bridge, Chofu Live Cam

This camera watches the Nogawa River at Enoki Bridge in Chofugaoka, Chofu, where calm, dark water slides under a blue steel road bridge. Tall grass covers the near bank beneath a stepped concrete slope, and a black fence runs along the road above.

Chofugaoka 3-chome is a quiet residential part of Chofu. An old Zenjimaru persimmon tree grows about 150 m to the north, Kohaku Shrine is a short walk to the north-west, and the temple Gion-ji stands about 300 m to the east. The old temple Jindai-ji lies close to a kilometre to the north, and Fuda Station is about as far to the south.

The bridge deck cuts across the upper right of the frame, so the view shows how much clearance the girders leave above the water. Parked vans and a low building stand behind the bridge.
