Weather and time
This camera watches the Kanda River at Midori Bridge in Suginami, where a narrow channel runs beneath a bridge with a teal railing. A tall concrete wall fills the left side of the frame, with grassy strips along the water.
The station stands in the Kugayama 3-chome district, right beside the small Midoribashi Green Space. Hitomi-kaido Avenue passes about 230 m away, and Kugayama Inari Shrine and the Keio Inokashira Line are within a short walk. The Kanda River begins at Inokashira Pond in Kichijoji and flows east towards the Sumida River.
The left-bank wall carries a metal ladder down to the water and a gauge scale marked in orange and green, topped by a wire fence. Across the stream, a brick-paved strip and a grassy slope line the right bank, while the bridge deck crosses the top of the view.
