Kanda River at Kugayama Bridge, Suginami Live Cam

This camera watches the Kanda River at Kugayama Bridge in Suginami, facing a corrugated steel wall beneath a pale concrete bridge edge. A slim gauge scale with green and red marks is fixed to the wall at the centre.

The station is in the Kugayama 2-chome district, a few minutes on foot from Kugayama Station on the Keio Inokashira Line, about 200 m away. Hitomi-kaido Avenue runs about 130 m from the bridge, and Kugayama Inari Shrine stands roughly 450 m off. The Kanda River starts at Inokashira Pond in Kichijoji, a few kilometres upstream.

The camera is fixed and points across the channel at the far bank. Rust-toned steel sheet piling lines the water, topped by a smooth concrete beam of the bridge with a white railing at the upper right. The water in the foreground reflects the wall.
