Zenpukuji River at Hara Bridge, Suginami Live Cam

This camera watches the Zenpukuji River at Hara Bridge in Nishiogikita, Suginami, over a wide concrete channel and a tall retaining wall. A white fence runs along the top of the wall, and a slim gauge staff stands against it near the upper right.

The station is in Nishiogikita 3-chome. Sakanoue no Keyaki Park lies about 90 m away, Igusa Bridge about 100 m and the larger Igusa Park about 160 m, while Ogikubo Junior High School is a short walk of about 300 m. The Zenpukuji River flows on through Suginami toward the Kanda River.

A low concrete step in the riverbed at the upper right turns the water white as it spills over. The far wall is streaked with pale stains, a white railing crosses the lower right, and a black pole fills the left edge of the frame.
