Zenpukuji River at Ogikubo Bridge, Suginami Live Cam

This camera looks across the Zenpukuji River at Ogikubo Bridge in Suginami, Tokyo, toward a long concrete wall stained green with moss. A ladder and a slim gauge staff stand against the wall, and a round culvert outlet opens near the centre.

The station stands in Ogikubo 5-chome, where Kampachi-dori, also known as Ring Road No. 8, crosses the river right beside the bridge. Momoi Daini Elementary School is about 50 m away and Oshikawa Park about 90 m, while a riverside jogging course runs a short distance off. The Zenpukuji River flows on east through Suginami toward the Kanda River.

The frame is dominated by one broad wall, with a pale ledge at its right end and a green pipe angling in above it. A metal railing crosses the lower left corner, another runs along the top of the wall, and shallow water flows along its foot.
