Port St. Fuska, Krk, Croatia Live Cam

The small harbour of Sveta Fuska lies below the village of Pinezići, on the western shore of the island of Krk in Croatia. The webcam covers the quay and the boats on their moorings.

Krk is the largest island in the Adriatic and the easiest of them to reach: a concrete arch bridge opened in 1980 carries a road over from the mainland, and the regional airport is on the island itself.

The bura comes down off the Velebit in winter and drops onto this coast in gusts that can pass 150 kilometres an hour, which is why the moorings are laid out as they are and why the slopes above the village are bare rock. The chapel of St Fosca behind the bay gives the place its name.
