Canyon Lodge, Mammoth Mountain Live Cam

A lift terminal with a glazed barrel roof stands on open ground beside the terrace of Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, California. The cable climbs from its end wheel toward a hillside with shrubs and pines at the top of the frame.

Canyon Lodge is one of the base lodges of the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, on Canyon Boulevard in the town of Mammoth Lakes. The Village Gondola ends here and links the lodge with The Village, a short ride away. Picnic tables stand on the lodge terrace in the lower right corner of the main view.

The camera turns between several views from the lodge. Besides the terminal, it looks down on the terrace and its tables, at a signboard on a pole, at a curved-roof station canopy with an entrance, and over a forested hillside and ridge.
