Caoxiedun Night Market Open Lot, Caotun Live Cam

This camera looks along the open asphalt lot of Caoxiedun Cultural Tourism Night Market in Caotun Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. Handcarts under tarps stand along the left side, while a tall white building and a row of trees close off the far end.

The market belongs to Caotun, a township in the northwest of Nantou County whose old name, Caoxiedun, it still carries. Its snack and game stalls open mainly on weekend evenings, so for most of the week the grounds are quiet.

This is the second fixed view of the market, turned away from the sign and container stalls towards a long, mostly empty stretch of asphalt. A small booth and a green storage box stand near the far edge, a few orange cones dot the surface, and canopies of parked stalls show on the left.
