Oshino Ninja Village, Yamanashi Live Cam

This camera at Oshino Ninja Village in Oshino, Yamanashi, looks across a garden with a row of red torii gates toward Mount Fuji. Visitors stroll along a gravel path past the gates while the volcano rises above a belt of trees.

Oshino is a village in Yamanashi Prefecture, best known for the Oshino Hakkai spring ponds. The ninja-themed attraction where this camera stands lies about a kilometre west of the ponds, among woods and gardens. Mount Fuji, 3,776 metres high, fills the upper part of the picture on clear days.

The view is fixed on the torii row, a lone tree in the foreground and the mountain behind them, so the picture changes mainly with the light, the cloud around the summit and the colour of the surrounding trees through the year.
