Kenaga River at Kenaga Bridge, Adachi Live Cam

This camera watches the Kenaga River at Kenaga Bridge in Kojiya-honcho, Adachi, Tokyo, a narrow urban channel with a path along it. A teal railing separates the path from the water, and a low bridge crosses the river in the distance.

The river here forms the boundary between Adachi and Soka in Saitama, and the camera stands on the Tokyo side. Kojiya Elementary School is about 300 m to the west, Kojiya Hikawa Shrine about 300 m to the south-west and Kenaga Shrine about 300 m to the north. The Kenaga River rises in Kawaguchi, Saitama, and joins the Ayase River in Adachi.

The far bank is held by a dark steel sheet-pile wall with a teal fence and houses behind it. The water level changes between frames, and at low water a pale muddy bed shows along the near bank. A parked car stands on the left, and a striped chimney rises in the distance.
