River Spree in Berlin Live Cam

A bend of the Spree in the government quarter, watched through a window on the far bank — the edge of the glass frames the left of the picture. The operator's name and a date stamp run along the top.

Barges and tour boats work the channel below, a wide riverside promenade runs along the far side, and the glass cube by the main station stands out on the right. A footbridge crosses the water at the left edge, and the road in the foreground carries traffic past the camera in four lanes.

Of the Berlin river cameras this is the modern one — steel, glass and open space, where the Oberbaumbrücke feed downstream is all brick and towers.
