Arc-sous-Cicon Live Cam

This fixed camera overlooks a grassy picnic area on the edge of Arc-sous-Cicon, a small village in the Doubs department. Houses and a church spire line the far side of the meadow, with a wooded ridge rising behind them.

Arc-sous-Cicon is a village of roughly 700 inhabitants in the Haut-Doubs, in the Jura mountains. Its cross-country ski and snowshoe routes start from the village at around 800 m, and a second ski site lies higher up at Crêt Monniot at more than 1,100 m.

The camera keeps one view toward the village and the ridge: two picnic tables stand on paved pads in the foreground, with young trees tied to stakes beside them. After dark the image turns greyscale, with only a few lamps visible along the village edge.
