Cachoeira do Bom Jesus, Brazil Live Cam

The beach at Cachoeira do Bom Jesus runs across this webcam view, on the north shore of Florianópolis island in Santa Catarina. A trailer with a small boat stands on the sand, and moored boats and low headlands fill the bay beyond the shore break.

The north shore faces away from the open Atlantic, so the water here is calm and shallow, and the beaches along it run one into the next towards Canasvieiras. Fishing boats still work off this stretch, pulled up on the sand between trips.

Between December and February the beach fills with holidaymakers, many of them from Argentina, and the road behind it backs up. Out of season the same frame is a working shoreline with a handful of walkers.
