Reno-Tahoe International Airport in Nevada is seen from high on the Grand Sierra Resort, with the lens following planes as they land and taxi. Wider shots show the runways, the terminal gates, the cargo ramp and the control tower.

The airport lies about 3 miles southeast of downtown Reno at an elevation of 4,415 feet. It opened in 1929 as Hubbard Field and was bought by the city in 1953. Its two parallel runways are 11,001 and 9,000 feet long, and a 200-foot control tower has stood here since 2010.

Tracking software turns the lens toward each flight, from a Cessna climbing into an empty sky to a Boeing 737 touching down in front of warehouse roofs. A corner panel names the registration, type, airline and route of each aircraft, with its speed and altitude. When traffic is quiet, the view rests on the runways, the gates or the tower.
