Campus Green North, Quinnipiac University Live Cam

This camera looks north across the central lawn of the Mount Carmel campus of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. The clock tower of the Arnold Bernhard Library stands at the right of the frame, with a wooded ridge filling the background.

The Mount Carmel campus lies in the town of Hamden in New Haven County. The ridge behind the buildings belongs to Sleeping Giant State Park, which is named for its resemblance to a resting figure. Brick walkways cross the lawn.

The camera is mounted on a rooftop, and the edge of the roof shows along the bottom of the frame. A tall flagpole with the American and Connecticut flags stands in the foreground, and a low brick building with a glass dome rises on the far side of the lawn. The library's arched ground-floor windows and entrance steps are at the right.
