Beverly Harbor Southwest View, Massachusetts Live Cam

This camera looks southwest from a waterfront dock on Beverly Harbor in Massachusetts toward a large painted storage tank. Boats rest on the dock in the foreground.

Beverly is a coastal city in Essex County on the North Shore of Massachusetts, north of Boston. The camera stands at a yacht club's waterfront on Maple Avenue, where a blue jib crane and a travel lift gantry stand over the docks and boats are stored ashore under white covers.

Across the water, houses and trees line the opposite shore beneath power lines. The white tank with blue sail-like shapes is the landmark of the scene. In the afternoon the sun hangs low over the water to the upper right and can throw glare into the lens, so mornings give the clearest view.
