Sail Rock Beach, Kenting Live Cam

Sail Rock Beach in Kenting National Park shows a broad sandy shore facing the open sea on Taiwan's southern tip. A red flag stands near the waterline, with low rocks offshore and a dark headland at the left edge of the view.

Sail Rock, known in Chinese as Chuanfanshi, is a coastal rock named for its sail-like shape, near Eluan village in Hengchun Township, Pingtung County. The beach lies inside Kenting National Park, which protects the southern end of the Hengchun Peninsula.

The camera looks over the sand from slightly above, with green coastal shrubs framing the bottom corners. Surf lines roll in along the whole width of the beach, and in daytime only a few walkers appear on the sand.
