Toba Marine Terminal, Sadahama Live Cam

This camera looks over the floating boarding stages and the covered gangway of Toba Marine Terminal. A white lighthouse stands on the breakwater across the water, with forested hills beyond.

The terminal stands at Sadahama in the port of Toba, Mie Prefecture, and the city-run liners to Toshijima, Kamishima, Sugashima and Sakatejima sail from here. Excursion boats around Toba Bay also call at the landing stages.

Arched-roof pontoons line the basin, and the frame changes with the traffic: a high-speed passenger boat swinging in past the breakwater, a dragon-prowed excursion boat tied up at a stage, or cargo vessels crossing the bay. The view stays fixed on the harbour entrance throughout the day.
