Weather and time
This camera looks across the Misawa River at Sakahama in Inagi, Tokyo, at a shallow stream running over a pale concrete bed. A wall of diamond-patterned blocks rises along the far bank, with a plain grey concrete wall above it.
Sakahama is a residential district of Inagi, in the Tama area of western Tokyo. The Keio Sagamihara Line passes about 120 m from the camera, and the Tsurukawa Kaido, a main road, runs about 100 m to the south. Inagi Central Park lies about 370 m to the north-west, and Komazawa Women's University is about 430 m to the south-east.
The stream is narrow and sheltered between sloping banks, so the view is close. A thin blue scale and a white post stand on the upper wall, and a small white box sits on the bank beneath them. Green groundcover covers the near slope, and a black railing crosses the bottom right.
