Oguri River at Tokiwa Bridge, Hachioji Live Cam

This camera overlooks a quiet stretch of the Oguri River at Tokiwa Bridge in Otsuka, Hachioji, with a grassy embankment on the left. The shallow stream curves away between a concrete-edged bank and a bank of tall grass and yellow wildflowers.

The station stands in the Otsuka district of Hachioji, a residential area in western Tokyo. Otsuka-Teikyo-Daigaku Station on the Tama Monorail is about 250 m to the north-east, and the small Tokiwa Park lies only about 100 m to the north. The Oguri River rises at Gotenpass in the same city and flows east to the Tama River.

The frame is wide and open: a flat grassy strip with a path lies on the left, a long white wall and fence stand on the far side, and a road bridge crosses the river at the right edge. The channel is shallow here, with a concrete slope and a low stone edge along the water.
