Weather and time
This camera looks down on the Kotta River at Renkoji in Tama, Tokyo, a shallow stream running under a road bridge. Slopes of dark interlocking tiles rise on both sides, and a green lawn lies on the upper right bank.
The camera is in Renkoji 2-chome, beside the bridge. Kurumabashi Park is about 150 m away, Kumano Shrine in Sekido about 250 m, and Oguribashi Park about 450 m. The Kotta River starts in Tsurumaki and flows through Tama before it joins the Oguri River in Renkoji.
The view is from the roadside: a white guardrail and wire fence run along the lower left, and wild grass grows between the fence and the water. The streambed is paved with the same tiles as the banks, so the water depth is easy to read. A small dark gate structure stands at the top of the slope on the upper right.
