Weather and time
This camera watches the Hodokubo River at Ochikawa Bridge in Ochikawa, Hino, from behind a dark metal railing. Beyond the overgrown channel, an ivy-covered stone-block bank rises to a second fence at the top.
Ochikawa is a residential neighbourhood of Hino. Ochikawa Community Center is about 150 m from the bridge, Kaneda Park roughly 300 m, and Mogusaen Station on the Keio Line about 350 m. The Hodokubo River is a short river that rises in Hino and joins the Asakawa near the end of its course.
The view looks straight across the channel at a single bank rather than along the river, so the channel bottom lies hidden under plants below the railing. A squared stone marker post stands in the foreground, and the diamond-patterned facing of the far wall shows through the ivy.
