Versciaco and Dolomiti di Sesto Live Cam

The webcam looks from a hillside above Versciaco in Val Pusteria across the valley to the Sesto Dolomites. Dark forested slopes fill the left of the frame, and the houses of the village lie on the valley floor at the lower right.

Versciaco, called Vierschach in German, is a village in the municipality of San Candido, or Innichen, in South Tyrol. The Sesto Dolomites, Sextner Dolomiten in German, are a mountain group in South Tyrol and the province of Belluno, much of it within the Drei Zinnen - Tre Cime nature park. A road and a railway line follow the valley floor below the camera.

The camera is fixed and shows one wide panorama: a pair of pointed peaks in the middle, a larger summit on the right and a wooden fence in the lower right corner. At night the mountains vanish, and only the lights of the village and the valley road remain.
