Valley View, Viggianello Live Cam

From the upper town of Viggianello, a road descends into a wooded valley toward houses on a hillside below a rounded green summit. A stone house with a balcony stands on the right.

Viggianello is a village in the province of Potenza, in the Basilicata region of southern Italy, set at the foot of the Pollino massif within the Pollino National Park. The old centre lies on a spur above wooded ravines, and its hill setting gives wide views over the valley. The flags of Italy and the European Union hang on the building at the left of the frame.

The camera looks out from the upper town across dense woods, so most of the frame is forest, hills and sky. The road at the left leads down from the centre toward the valley floor.
